Doctor kesani undiagnosed my son! Told me he was fine 2 days later my son had very bad ear infection which I was worried about it as he was pulling his ear and crying but the doctor re assured me he was fine 2 days later he needed antibiotics Disgusting Ill be writing about it and make a complain to nhs Doctors like that need the license checked and knowledge

Disgusting doctors. Been in Northampton just over 12 months and this is the worst doctors I've ever seen.. reception no people skills at all and same for doctors.. asked to speak to practice manager but did not return my call.. Will be changing and hopefully find doctors who know what there doing...
I have always been looked after here the receptions staff are great its clean busy but very professional the many doctors I have seen are great always helpful and understanding even in the worst parts of my life they have helped
Never had any problems while I was Registered there,great bunch of doctors there,always willing to help if they can and give good advice.
